These terms apply to this website (accova.qa) and to the public demonstration (demo.accova.qa). By using either of them you accept these terms. A company's subscription to ACCOVA is governed by its own written agreement or quotation, which prevails over these terms.

1. The website

This website describes ACCOVA for general information. We develop ACCOVA continuously, so features and screens may change. Nothing on this website is an offer: what a company receives, and its price, are set out in a quotation and an agreement.

2. The demonstration

• The demonstration runs on a made-up company with made-up data, and it is reset every night: whatever you enter is erased.
• It is there for you to try ACCOVA. Do not enter real company data or anyone's personal data in it.
• Figures and reports in the demonstration are examples, not advice.
• We may change, limit or stop the demonstration at any time, and may refuse access to anyone who misuses it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to reach parts of the website, the demonstration or our systems that are not meant for you, or test their security without our written permission;
• disrupt them, overload them, or upload anything harmful;
• copy the website or the demonstration with automated tools, or try to take the software apart;
• send false details or unwanted messages through our forms;
• use the website or the demonstration for anything against the law.

4. Intellectual property

The name ACCOVA, its logo, the software, its screens, and the texts and images on this website belong to ACCOVA or to those who licensed them to us. You may view them to evaluate ACCOVA. You may not copy, publish or reuse them without our written permission.

5. No professional advice

This website and the demonstration do not give accounting, tax or legal advice. For decisions about your own company, consult a qualified professional.

6. Links to other services

This website links to services run by others, such as the Al Majaz website and the font and icon services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and the demonstration are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from using them or from relying on what they show. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the State of Qatar.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

These terms are published in Arabic and in English. If the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
