Do I need to install anything?
No. ACCOVA works in the browser on a computer or a phone, and updates reach you automatically.
Does it work fully in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen and report is in Arabic and English, each user picks a language, and prints can be Arabic, English or both.
How do I move my data from Excel or my current software?
We have import templates for customers, suppliers, items, employees and opening balances, and every line is checked before saving. The Al Majaz team helps you move in.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually about four weeks from setup to your first month-end close, depending on the size of your data.
Where is my data kept, and is it safe?
Each company has its own copy and separate books on cloud servers, with a nightly backup away from the server and a restore test every month. Details are in the privacy policy.
Does it handle the WPS file and withholding tax?
Yes. The WPS file is ready for the bank every month, and withholding tax is worked out month by month and paid to the GTA.
Can I control what each employee sees?
Yes. Each module has four levels: view, prepare, approve, post, and 9 ready roles you can adjust.
Can I try it before deciding?

What if I decide to leave later?
Your data is yours. Every report exports to Excel, and the auditor’s pack gives you the whole year in tidy Excel files.
